Recent Happenings

June 19

June 19 - Garfield County Library with the Humanities Nebraska sponsored “Patriotic Panoramas with Donna Gunn”. It was an uplifting program about the history of our patriotic songs. Donna Gunn, a talented pianist, played beautiful arrangements of the songs as the audience sang. Audience participation made it fun and inspiring. All who attended expressed appreciation and a hope that Donna Gunn would return.

August 3rd

August 3rd – Burwell Bash – Garfield County Library participated with a booth where we gave out a variety of information about the library, as well as some fun items that help to celebrate our 250th anniversary of America, and a few sweets. It was a great evening and the wind cooperated.
